Bed: Common bed construction, steel fabricated. Steel Girders / Beams I type.

Bull Gear: Heavy Duty Steel Fabricated with Helical Teeth hob Cut.

Bearings: Anti Friction Roller Bearings fitted in Bearing Housings.

Lubrication: Grease lubrication system to lubricate Bearings fitted in housing.

Roll clearance adjusting unit: Nip adjustment at two roller ends is done manually using two separate screws attached to the brass housing body.
